Its a shame this place says they serve Russian food. As a born and raised in Russia, i can assure you we do NOT (1) add potatoes to pelmeni, (2) ruin pelmeni with Indian spices, (3) add spicy sauce, (4) nor make so sloppy shaped pelmeni, (5) serve bread on top of existing carbs. In Russia, even pigs would not eat this food.
