I got great service. However, the food was nothing to ever rave about. The drinks are strong, so get an Uber after dinner

Wow! Fantastic place for some amazing food. Everything ordered was more than satisfying. If you’re into something a little more special in Juneau, this is a spot for you to check out.

We had a beautiful experience. Our table enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, pear Gorgonzola salad and the bisque. The pear is poached in Chardonnay! For entrees we had the pasta, salmon, halibut and tortellini. And the chocolate torte for dessert. Our server was excellent; she kept things moving. We celebrated our anniversary here and it is a beautiful memory!

Food was good and service was too but I would expect more than just good for these prices. The menu has no descriptions so you have to ask your server to explain every dish to you bc the names if the dishes don’t really say it all. I’d save you money for a fancy dinner in Vegas. Same price, better food, and way better atmosphere.

Food was average, service was awful. Ordered a bottle of champagne...it was poured warm. Wait staff kept blaming kitchen.

We ate here for our anniversary dinner and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Every bite was fantastic and the wine pairing suggestion was perfect.

Food was great, portions were generous (to the price tag) and friendly servers.
We had ribeye, seafood pappadille, halibut and all tasted wonderful.

Early dinner, worth the hike up the incline on a warm sunny evening. High end prices means high end food. Service was friendly and professional. Drink options very good. Classy!

We went there on July 31 2024 the food was acceptable, but the server was awful. I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant particularly because of the service pushing us! we ordered oysters and beers. Specifically asked for some extra time not in a hurry. Our server came back to the table. Ask us again about entrées. I told her we may order some more oysters she replied. Should I bring you another half dozen oysters? I told her no we just got these, and we may wanna order the cooked ones. We never did order another batch of oysters. We did order another appetizer. she kept pushing for an entrée order. I ordered the special $70 halibut. My partner ordered equally meal . when she cleared the oysters, she took our bread asked me if we were done. I just said yes honestly we wouldn’t mind having our bread through our dinner. We got our entrée and again bugging us at the end of the meal. Are you ready for dessert, Mandy was her name and someone needs to educate her! Yes we sill left a 15 % gratitude ……. The restaurant had only a few tables with customers. why can’t people slow down and enjoy the food!

Got charged $27 for an off-the-menu classic cocktail, while my partner only got charged $15 for their classic cocktail. That's a crazy price for a classic cocktail, and it was not exceptional. The Narrows had better drinks and better prices for cocktails.

When I asked, virtually nothing was fresh in the menu including the salmon. My wife had the halibut, which was fresh and delicious. I had the roasted lamb. Not very flavorful and was not tender.
I had a straight up vodka martini for which I was charged an extra $3 in addition to $16 for the house vodka for a “custom “ drink.
In summary, I was disappointed in the service, the food, and the high prices for mediocre food. Very overhyped restaurant.
