Visiting Alaska for the first time TODAY. Just flew in. Wanted to grab some caffeine before going along my way. Ordered and PAID FOR a TRENTA iced coffee. Came to $4.99. Just coffee. With ice. Nothing extra. They created a venti iced coffee. Had told them while they were having the drink over that we ordered a trenta. They didn’t even offer to remake the larger drink THAT I PAID FOR. Irritated with my experience here and will only go for local coffee in the area now.

There has been multiple times we have placed online orders only to show up and they are closed. They close whenever they want. They never are opened for the hours they list. Seriously close your online ordering when you close!

This shop had many processed sweets. The atmosphere was okay but the floors and tables were a bit messy. I think that the staff could have made more effort to keep the tables clean. It's okay for carry out.
Parking: Plenty of parking outside the shop.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The service was awful with the guy moving painfully slow and forgetting half our order.The tables and chairs were filthy and the floors looked like they haven't been mopped in at least 3 weeks.The drinks and food were sub-par just not having that Starbucks quality standard I had at every other Starbucks.

I'd rather make my own coffee n save the money ... Bought the Starbucks via ( micro ground Instant coffee), holiday blend version, it's the best instant coffee on the market by far...Most barista's here are great, there are a few that seem to have bad attitude.
