Dude was absolutely rude claiming he put sauce on our sandwich then basically admitted it was out and he just didn’t wanna refill it “we were probably out at the time” he then refused to give his name we came in at 12 even tipped good wish I could take it back the girl was nice at least she gave us our extra sauce instead of arguing like the dude

Guy taking the orders was clearly high. Had to explain the first two steps multiple times and then still had to have other staff step in. Everything got sorted but he was nearly checked out, closing his eyes while cutting bread. Really shouldn't have been there, we had no line in front of us and by time he started our 4 sandwiches the wait was out the door

When ordering, would be nice if you actually put meat on it, and ingredients, couldnt taste anything but bread. Worse subway i have gone to where they dont put anything on the sub, once done it looked like flatbread. Have been to Horicons-- way better- and worth the money- dont get what you pay for at this place. Thanks for the experience of not coming back

I don't know if online orders are a pain for the employees, if they can't read or what, but online orders are usually wrong when I do use it. Then there's one guy who usually has attitude with us for I don't know what reason I've only known him as an employee at subway.
