Was a disappointment for the price. Website claims “from the ocean to your door.” What I received was from the ocean via a freezer. Paid over $70 for 2 lbs with shipping to receive frozen fish. Not what expected nor what their website implies. Will not shop again.

We stopped in the store and ordered king crab legs to be shipped home for a large party. We selected to ship on Wednesday for an overnight Thursday delivery. On Thursday when I had not received them I called Taku, and they informed me they didn’t ship them, couldn’t say why just didn’t ship them. No notice was given of missed shipment and no real concern of the mistake on their part. It was a pretty poor response, sorry or well. I was planning to have a large 80th birthday party for my mother in law, with king crab legs. The Taku stores handling on this and the customer service by far is some of the worst I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from them and they are unreliable.

We went on a food tour that stopped here and we got smoked halibut. It was delicious. I was able to pick up a couple little things and enjoyed this stop very much! I'd go back.

Amazing quality fish delivered to my door with 0 issues. Other places I've tried have had problems with the vacuum sealing breaking. Smoked sockeye and the winter kings were very good
