Mikala has one of the worst attitudes and is the most unfriendly person we have ever come across in the customer service industry. We frequent this location on our way to Home Depot almost daily and when she’s working she always seems put off and never greets us even when we try to just have friendly small talk.

Waited in line only two cars ahead of me nothing on the other side girl was talking to her friends not happy shut the window when making the drink I was going to leave a tip but didn’t then got the drink watermelon mint was wayyy to sugary too much ice & the other person I got the drink for too he ended up dumping it out too. Sorry grind I’ve had better elsewhere. There quality has gone down over the years.

Multiple things went wrong. For starters the order was $7 and I handed them about $13 (I paid with cash) to which they gave no cash back, and secondly they completely messed up the order. Literally the only thing they got right was the size. It wasn’t a complicated order and at all (a smoothie w/ whipped cream), and the place wasn’t busy in the slightest so I have no idea why it was messed up so much. On top of that, the service seemed really rushed and and the people working their’s attitudes seemed very distracted. Th is place normally only gets minimal things wrong but this really upset me.

If the staff could learn the difference between a basic Chai and a dirty chai that would be great as once again I am experiencing health issues from consuming coffee I DID NOT ASK FOR. this place is lucky it hasn't killed someone.

I have been going to all of the Grind locations for quite sometime. Not sure what has happened, but recently the service just outright sucks. The attitude, attention to detail, and the professional appearance of the baristas is awful. I wanted to reach out to the owner directly, but the brunette at Jessine (which looked like she had not washed her hair in two weeks), refused to give me the owner's contact information. This would have saved a bad review. I don't want to talk to the manager; I wanted to speak with the owner. The owner deserves to know how the employees working are running the business into the ground. I would want to know. I do not want to see bellies hanging into my coffee drink. I do not want to have to ask to use the discount punch card--you should ask me, if its not implied that YES, I WANT TO USE THE FREE DRINKS THAT I HAVE EARNED BY PURCHASING MANY. I don't want to have to repeat three times that I want whipped cream on my drink because you're too busy playing on your phone to listen to my order to begin with. Two locations in two days. All different girls, all really horrible experiences. I will never be back, and I plan to share my experience with everyone that will listen. The employee let me know that she is "not allowed" to give out the owner's contact information as she tells me how busy she is (I am the only car in line at 5:20AM) while she sloppily drinks her 32 ounce spritzer and plays on her phone all while looking like she woke up 2 minutes ago with her messy hair and outfit. Avoid this place, all locations. The Jessine location used to run with just one person in the AM and she was a badass, could do it all. Two baristas and they can't even get an order right, take appropriate payment, or show up to work looking somewhat professional.

I'm not one for their coffee but I occasionally stop by for a lotus or a spritzer. I received my receipt later in the day after 4 hours and noticed the tip had been adjusted. My $1.75 tip became $3.75, I called and the person working said they couldn't find a receipt with my total. So, instead of paying $6.50 for my coffee I paid $8.50. The person on the phone also didn't offer any consolation. Very disappointed with this business.
