Drive through coffee stand. My latte was subpar. The barista dumped on very frothy foam and it was more dry cappuccino than latte. Breakfast burritos were okay. There are much better spots in Juneau for a quick coffee and food to go. Likely will not go back.

This place is amazing. It is a beautiful day and you guys were rocking it today and the line was getting busted it out quickly. Maybe to quickly.. I am very happy we have this company in town; anyhow I went to the location near lemon creek today asked for a âMatcha with sweet soy milk, vanilla and cold foam.â I have had it before and every time I drink it makes me feel so good and my eyes light up and I smile. Not my experience today sadly. I had no cold foam and no vanilla.. The person making my drink yelled â Whatâ when I asked what loaves of bread do you all have now. Did not ask if I wanted to add my bread to my order. Overall this experience was mid and the other worker was polite but I think I how Presented my order I may have confused her. I am happy to be told how to present my order for less confusion.
The communication should have been better on my side and the employees. Any other time I would have felt great to ask for help but I did not feel that I could today.

Both drinks were wrong even after after telling her 3 times, white chocolate breveâŠ. Waited over 30 minutes and left to just have a plain breve no flavor at all. The lady seemed out of it âŠ

There wasnât a huge drink selection but the glacier water was decent but that blueberry muffin was the main event for sure. It was so delicious!
Mikala has one of the worst attitudes and is the most unfriendly person we have ever come across in the customer service industry. We frequent this location on our way to Home Depot almost daily and when sheâs working she always seems put off and never greets us even when we try to just have friendly small talk.

Waited in line only two cars ahead of me nothing on the other side girl was talking to her friends not happy shut the window when making the drink I was going to leave a tip but didnât then got the drink watermelon mint was wayyy to sugary too much ice & the other person I got the drink for too he ended up dumping it out too. Sorry grind Iâve had better elsewhere. There quality has gone down over the years.

Multiple things went wrong. For starters the order was $7 and I handed them about $13 (I paid with cash) to which they gave no cash back, and secondly they completely messed up the order. Literally the only thing they got right was the size. It wasnât a complicated order and at all (a smoothie w/ whipped cream), and the place wasnât busy in the slightest so I have no idea why it was messed up so much. On top of that, the service seemed really rushed and and the people working theirâs attitudes seemed very distracted. Th is place normally only gets minimal things wrong but this really upset me.

If the staff could learn the difference between a basic Chai and a dirty chai that would be great as once again I am experiencing health issues from consuming coffee I DID NOT ASK FOR. this place is lucky it hasn't killed someone.
