carbonation machine barely works for Grind Things anymore, for the past year and a half now. if i didn't want a carbonated drink, i would get a flat drink instead, and that would be cheaper than $7.50 for a 24oz too. tried letting the staff know, have asked their Instagram before in the past and still no fixes. not only in the Valley location but also in Lemon Creek. very disappointing as a customer of 8 years now :(

The baristas here are always kind and quick. My kids love the banana bread and on more than one occasion the baristas have warmed it up for us (they deserve extra bonus points for that). My milk has never been burned and the drinks are consistent. One other thing that’s caught my eye recently is that this business supports our community—giving back to the kids and people in our town is fundamental and important to me so I appreciate it when I see it ❤️
