One of the best coffee spots in town, snacks are great as well.

The baristas here are always kind and quick. My kids love the banana bread and on more than one occasion the baristas have warmed it up for us (they deserve extra bonus points for that). My milk has never been burned and the drinks are consistent. One other thing that’s caught my eye recently is that this business supports our community—giving back to the kids and people in our town is fundamental and important to me so I appreciate it when I see it ❤️Kid-friendliness: Whipped cream on the lid is a game-changer ?

Had a caramel apple cider and it was pretty good but I'm pretty sure everything they make is from powder and hot water.

I have been going to all of the Grind locations for quite sometime. Not sure what has happened, but recently the service just outright sucks. The attitude, attention to detail, and the professional appearance of the baristas is awful. I wanted to reach out to the owner directly, but the brunette at Jessine (which looked like she had not washed her hair in two weeks), refused to give me the owner's contact information. This would have saved a bad review. I don't want to talk to the manager; I wanted to speak with the owner. The owner deserves to know how the employees working are running the business into the ground. I would want to know. I do not want to see bellies hanging into my coffee drink. I do not want to have to ask to use the discount punch card--you should ask me, if its not implied that YES, I WANT TO USE THE FREE DRINKS THAT I HAVE EARNED BY PURCHASING MANY. I don't want to have to repeat three times that I want whipped cream on my drink because you're too busy playing on your phone to listen to my order to begin with. Two locations in two days. All different girls, all really horrible experiences. I will never be back, and I plan to share my experience with everyone that will listen. The employee let me know that she is "not allowed" to give out the owner's contact information as she tells me how busy she is (I am the only car in line at 5:20AM) while she sloppily drinks her 32 ounce spritzer and plays on her phone all while looking like she woke up 2 minutes ago with her messy hair and outfit. Avoid this place, all locations. The Jessine location used to run with just one person in the AM and she was a badass, could do it all. Two baristas and they can't even get an order right, take appropriate payment, or show up to work looking somewhat professional.

Tasty sweet coffee at a decent price. We were greeted with friendly faces even after a not so friendly customer in front of us. I got a coconut mocha, iced and it was the best!

Solid Americano for a reasonable price. Fast service too. I needed a warm drink and this hit the spot.

This is my favorite Juneau coffee stand! The staff are friendly and make fantastic drinks. I love their cold brew with a bit of lavender syrup ?

Our favorite drive through Juneau coffee shop? The Grind on Jensine Drive…Hands down. Calista and company consistently make our day. After we had gone there ONE time, we were part of the nabe! They remembered our drinks, names, where we were from….And the coffee (in our case breves); consistent and perfect. This gem is a little hidden…but an absolute ‘don't miss’Thank you to The Grind Team!

Staff friendly. The tasty flavor of the day was a birthday cake coffee. It was delicious! They did run out of pastries that afternoon, but I am sure it was good .

Every time I am in Juneau I love stopping by here as they make a mighty mean frappe. Super tasty and the staff is always friendly.

The Ladies that work here are Amazing! They Always remember what I drink and are Quick at churning orders out when they’re slammed.

Wonderful little spot with great staff and great coffee. Great location and selection for a morning or mid day pick-me-up.

Coffee burnt regularly, and refused to give a local male time of day when attempting/asking about a job, not an equal opportunity employer, almost concerning the number of young girls in crop tops
