Always great service at Louie’s!!! Really the best restaurant staff I’ve experienced in the Kenai-Soldotna area. Even with a packed house the service is great and the kitchen is on point producing great food in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend them for breakfast, lunch or dinner!💙💚
Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing from start to finish. The first waitress we encountered was extremely rude and unaccommodating. She seated our group at a table far too small for our size, and when we politely asked to move to a larger area (where another group was finishing up), she told us we’d have to wait in the cramped lobby—an impossible solution given the size of our group.
