I walked in to get a lunch order for my business trip to Kenai, AK. I was told when approaching the counter they require a 24 hour notice for large orders. I needed 12-6” subs, with limited customization. The customer service was slightly off putting. They reluctantly agreed to prepare my order, even though it was apparent they didn’t want to do so. I believe it was last Saturday but I had some awesome service from Jason. He was the only one at subway working and there was a huge line. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was pretty fast for being the only one. Not only was he making everyone's order but also taking online orders too. His great attitude had made me feeling welcomed and made my day. I would definitely come back for service like that!!
New employees, Thank goodness, previous staff would rather sit at a table and socialize with their friends than help customers, BUT the new staff were very friendly, helpful, immediately helped me and made my sandwich to perfection(and I ask for very specific things). I really hope that they keep the people that they have now. Thanks Subway for making the employee change!
