Overpriced 109 plus tip and taxes for 1 leg 1 crab cake and butter with sauce and clam chowder.Alaskan crab leg worst ever had.Other places in us paid less than half of what we paid.Total rip off.

The chowder is a must. I've never had better! The service was friendly outgoing and wonderful. Our king crab leg was hot, fresh and easy to open.

I tried to call several times I was very disappointed. We ordered the king crab special for supposed to be two pounds at $160. It ended up being broken up pieces.Which I knew they were, but I didn't realize they're going to be so small with hardly any crab in them... Our lunch with tip was over $240. My partner had fish and chips.I did the king crab and we drank water. I had no way of getting a hold of them.I had sent them instant message with no response. I would love to send pictures and a receipt. Very disappointed. I really didn't want to bust their chops like this.I wish they would have gotten a hold of me.

This was my first time visiting Alaska and when I come back again, this is on my short list of go to places. Jamie was very attentive answered any questions I had and was kind. Food was delicious too. I enjoyed the crab legs.

Guess we made the mistake of going in early to avoid the noon rush. My crab was not very warm, could not crack the legs because they were soggy and the fries were far from hot. Later on I heard people actually cracking the legs. So don’t know if what I was served had been cooked the night before or what the issue was. It was not the best $90 I have spent on a meal. They also added a tip for the kitchen people, they didn’t deserve a tip. Waitresses was fine, not her fault that she was giving out cold food.

This is great.. We were well looked after.. tried the Captains Plate, which was Crab, coconut shrimp, Halibut, crab wontons. Great value, the beer sampler was definitely worth a try. I think I loved the Amber. Our server, Gabe, was terrific, and really attentive. Food quick and good portions.

Total scam. I ordered a special order from them and only had $81.12 taken from my bank account/debit card. I routinely receive frozen items(medications) so I am familiar with receiving frozen or refrigerated commodities. No crabs or anything resembling crabs or crab meat. Buyer beware. They use third party money collectors to do their “dirty work” to make it easier for them to hide. One more online scam to be wary of.
