“Awesome customer service and making things right! I called about concerns on quality of shrimp I purchased recently. Trish called me back and made it right! She problem solved the reason for the issue and acknowledged it. I had also purchased items, including shrimp for a Christmas gift for someone very important to me sent to lower 48. I was told she is sending replacement order to this person also. She stated she appreciated the feedback and always wanted to get feedback to make things better. We all work hard for our money. We choose where to spend it for the things that make us happy and bring us joy. This is money well spent and I know the product is high quality or Trish will make it right. “Sunday coffees are great because you get an awesome barista! Can’t go wrong with a lite lunch there too. I enjoyed the BLT. No frills- just bacon, lettuce, and tomato. If ever you need to get some quick studying done or need space to do some work, they have it as well!“

“B&D Espresso is the best drive-thru coffee stand in Ketchikan, Alaska. They have been in service for over 30 years! Their customer service is top notch. The kind where if they know the vehicle, they know the drink and have the drink ready if there is a line. Loyalty cards are an added bonus with entry to two huge give aways a year. Their iced latte is my favorite. Specialty ordered?!? No problem, they have it all. They also make outstanding coffee milkshakes, hot coffees, fraps, Italian sodas, hot teas, spritzers and many more choices to choose from. “We were chilly walking from the piers in Ketchikan and stopped in for a warm drink. This was the cutest coffee shop inside! The decor is so fresh and inviting. They had a variety of things on their menu. I saw they had a London Fog on the menu and was super excited. It took a couple minutes to get my drink and I loved it! It was perfect for walking around town and warming me up a little!“
