Short on menu options. Food pretty good. Service slow and unfriendly.
Love the food and service
Great diner style. Good selection for any price range.
A convenient place to have dinner and a drink if you're staying at The Landing. Service and food are good!
I went twice in one week due to staying at the hotel. I was told they only have one cook which is why my order took over an hour to come out both times. My second visit it was literally closing time when my food finally arrived, so when my order came out looking completely unappetizing (and also not what I ordered) all I could do was ask for a refund & leave hungry. I understand being short staffed, perhaps give patrons a heads up that there is only one cook and wait times might take more than an hour before they order this way they know what to anticipate or have the option to not wait and go somewhere else. I could tell staff was really trying their best, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
Very nice place with kind staff! (Note for self dont order the pancakes and bacon since their not for me)
Oh, boy. Let’s start with the one positive. Our server, Kristi, she was the ONLY saving grace. She is very kind, and was extremely apologetic for our experience. She deserves a better place to work.
First, we came here because the honey mustard chicken sandwich came HIGHLY recommended. Unfortunately, it was not the honey mustard that the recommender grew up loving. It was basically yellow mustard with a dash of honey. Luckily we learned this from our friends sitting next to us, and were able to order other items.
Or maybe unlucky.
We ordered calamari to start - it was basically all batter that was bland at best. A lot of the pieces didn’t seem to have any meat. That took about 35 minutes to come out.
One person from our little group ordered sliders - they actually hit the table before the appetizer, because they came from downstairs? They were absolutely flavorless. The only thing you could taste was the bread. So bad that my 3 year old took one bite and spit it out.
I ordered the Monte Cristo with a cup of salmon chowder- the chowder came first, before the calamari, and it was decent. That would probably be the only thing I would be order, but I do not plan on returning. The sandwich was awful. I couldn’t even eat it. The bread was soggy because they didn’t cook the egg all the way through. And why are you using that nasty plastic American cheese? I had one bite and lost my appetite.
The third person from our party ordered grilled cheese with tomato bisque - I do not understand how they messed up a grilled cheese. But they did. It didn’t look like there was any cheese so he pulled it apart, and the white substance that was on the sandwich was clumpy and not melted. He also said he was pretty sure the “tomato bisque” tasted like cheap canned spaghetti sauce. He had a few bites of the soup, and none of the sandwich.
Our fourth and final person ordered a burger - he was hungry, so ate it, but said it was mediocre at best. But, the best part was this: about half way through the burger, we pulled something from it. It was the WAX PAPER SQAURE MENT TO KEEP RAW PATTIES SEPARATED. In ALL of my years working and managing restaurants, I have NEVER seen this happen.
Also, the 3 sandwiches outside the sliders took ONE AND A HALF HOURS TO GET TO OUR TABLE!! In hindsight, we should have had Kristi cancel our order and go somewhere else. The boys ended up stopping at Godfathers because they were still hungry after not being able to consume the inedible food.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I will never return.
Again, Kristi was INCREDIBLE! We loved her.
Every time I’ve gone I’ve had excellent service, but tonight was above and beyond. Our server, Michael was amazing. So kind, funny, and attentive. He made our night for sure and was easily one of the best host experiences I’ve ever had.
Nice beers
Space for a few dozen. Sit at the bar or sit in a cubicle to order food with your drinks. This spot has ti's for any sports lovers. Nice atmosphere. Don't forget to tip your waiter/waitress.

2nd time eating at this location, my husband and I both got chicken strips. The menu says 5 when the plates came each had 4 the waitress then came back to refill our drinks and said that they were cooking the additional 1 piece for each, I had not said anything she/they figured out their own mistake. The chicken was overcooked, and the fries were good. There is the restaurant at Street Level, a hotel, and we found out on this visit there is also a restaurant upstairs, we may try there on another day. The waitress told me they have a different menu upstairs.
The atmosphere was good! Took forever to get order or even be offered a beer. A gentleman left sitting next to me cause knowbody came in 10 minutes of him sitting down. Horrible service worst I have ever had in Alaska -10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Save your money fish and chips was horrible!

The food here did not stand out. The taste was bland, the texture was good. Everyone in my party enjoyed the beer battered halibut. The staff was friendly. The service was amazing. Every time I went there, food mediocre, great staff, decent environment for a hotel bar.

Best fish and chips close to the airport and IIF port! Great service and plenty of options to choose from. The hot chocolate is especially good on a rainy day.

I've been here a few times over the years when I visit family, most recently being last week on Monday.
The food itself is fine. No issues with it, even if it's nothing to write home about. If you're worried about food quality please know it will be fine.
What's hit or miss is the service, specifically the wait times. My past visits 2+ years ago did not have this issue. I ordered, and got my food and drink in a pretty timely fashion while sitting at the bar. If this had been the case this year I wouldn't have many issues at all.
Last week? It took 20 minutes for drinks to arrive, and over an hour for food. We could have left, come back with different food, and sat back down with nothing changing. The restaurant was not crowded, so it's not like the waiters had a ton to do. I was with a group of 7 people, so it was very obvious when our dishes were ready and simply sitting at the kitchen window for 20+ waiting to be brought over.
The issue in this case seemed to be the waiter. If they can sort that out I recommend the place.
Are the prices touristy? Yes, but so is every other restaurant on the entire island. This place is literally connected to a hotel in a tourist town. There's only so much you can do.
