We came, we ate King Crab, we left happy! It’s eye wateringly expensive (at £160 for 2lbs - enough for 2) but when in Alaska…..anyway, we have absolutely no regrets. The king crab was sublime and the experience of having shellfish that is uniquely Alaskan and unlikely to be had again made the crazy price worth it! The server was very friendly and service was fast. She introduced the king crab on the menu as a “deluxe dining experience”, a euphemism for “expensive AF”...
This place is fantastic! We sat and chatted with the owner and his wife (both so nice). Fantastic food, crap, fish. Do not overlook this amazing crap shack! Also, the best chowder I’ve ever had. Seriously..
Jacey was our bar tender & she was very helpful when it came to us having questions while ordering/ what for expect portion size wise. She was also very friendly to us and fellow patrons. Hope so visit again!
