Ketchikan's Gold Pan Pizza

This place use to be good but now they have the worst customer service. When I do get them to answer I might get my pizza in an hr. Or I might not even get my pizza.

Ordered a pizza and was told it would be 40 minutes.
When I arrived to pick it up, the two employees that were there claimed a third employee had just “forgotten” to make it.
There were no other customers in the restaurant, they did not appear busy.

I love their pizza it’s I little greasy but that’s it I mean it’s worth it and their cheese sticks ooo they are so good

We should support local businesses who have great customer service. However, this place does not have that. Fat Stans and Pizza Mill are way better, and the customer service is delightful. Patrons BEWARE!

I just got 2 of the best pizzas ever. They were so loaded with toppings I could only eat 2 pieces. Great service great food= happy customers!!!!!

Well the atmosphere is that of a cover for a drug launder with the place not looking to be maintained very well. There was one guy working the place. The soda machine had no ice and i think was leaking water as when the guy refilled it he had to shake off a bunch of water. When we got our pizza the guy just threw down a box of pizza onto our table. Sounds irrelevant but the fact it came in a to go box already really made us think there were saying “here’s your pizza, get out” to there credit the pizza was alright though nothing special. If the place were maintained better and maybe more than one guy running the place than I think it could be a good spot.

Ordered 6 pizza's for an event, event went over great. Marcus, the young man who works there, always gives us great service.

The pizza is alright, but the staff is struggling. There's nothing wrong with hiring high school kids, but they have no leadership. I ordered garlic sticks to go and waited 45 minutes.They have no system, they are rude, the ask customers the same question multiple times, they are just hanging out and goofing off. Never working. Would NOT recommend

Yikes. After reading the reviews I’d rather not even try the food at all. As a born and raised Alaskan it’s a shame to see businesses with such poor quality and lack of motivation to be better. Just close your doors for good eh?

If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would. We had to bus and wipe our own table just to be Seated. The pizza itself was poorly made with too much cheese. And all the toppings fell right off plus it was a little Undercooked. Other than when we paid and the pizza was brought to the table. We never saw an employee the whole time we were there. And as we were leaving, we decided to take the pizza to the homeless shelter and we had to search the building in order to find to go boxes. It was an awful waste of money don't waste your time.

Ordered a pizza and was at our table within 10 minutes. Was perfect, light crust and taste. Jones soda on tap. Seating for 5 families. Has a bar stool area to seat a few more. I recommend this place in town for pizza lovers.
