Ketchikan's Gold Pan Pizza

I just got 2 of the best pizzas ever. They were so loaded with toppings I could only eat 2 pieces. Great service great food= happy customers!!!!!

Well the atmosphere is that of a cover for a drug launder with the place not looking to be maintained very well. There was one guy working the place. The soda machine had no ice and i think was leaking water as when the guy refilled it he had to shake off a bunch of water. When we got our pizza the guy just threw down a box of pizza onto our table. Sounds irrelevant but the fact it came in a to go box already really made us think there were saying “here’s your pizza, get out” to there credit the pizza was alright though nothing special. If the place were maintained better and maybe more than one guy running the place than I think it could be a good spot.

Ordered 6 pizza's for an event, event went over great. Marcus, the young man who works there, always gives us great service.

The pizza is alright, but the staff is struggling. There's nothing wrong with hiring high school kids, but they have no leadership. I ordered garlic sticks to go and waited 45 minutes.They have no system, they are rude, the ask customers the same question multiple times, they are just hanging out and goofing off. Never working. Would NOT recommend

Yikes. After reading the reviews I’d rather not even try the food at all. As a born and raised Alaskan it’s a shame to see businesses with such poor quality and lack of motivation to be better. Just close your doors for good eh?

If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would. We had to bus and wipe our own table just to be Seated. The pizza itself was poorly made with too much cheese. And all the toppings fell right off plus it was a little Undercooked. Other than when we paid and the pizza was brought to the table. We never saw an employee the whole time we were there. And as we were leaving, we decided to take the pizza to the homeless shelter and we had to search the building in order to find to go boxes. It was an awful waste of money don't waste your time.

Ordered a pizza and was at our table within 10 minutes. Was perfect, light crust and taste. Jones soda on tap. Seating for 5 families. Has a bar stool area to seat a few more. I recommend this place in town for pizza lovers.

If this review app would allow me to give a zero rating, I would. I'm only giving a 1 because the app forces me to choose a rating, but this business deserves less than zero. This business is wholly unprofessional and left me stranded at lunch time without lunch for a 25-person professional lunch event. I was completely humiliated. I ordered AND paid for pizza and delivery the day prior. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times the morning of the event to confirm the order and delivery, but nobody answered the phone. Finally, I drove to the restaurant when the delivery was 1/2 an hour overdue only to find the restaurant closed. I was told by a staff person on-site that Todd "the boss" cancelled my order when another staff person hadn't shown up for work, leaving them short-staffed. What business does such a thing?! Just simply cancelling an order that people were counting on because they were short-staffed. And cancelling it within an hour of it's expected delivery time! They could have called to make a late delivery, but they just cancelled without any communication. Any phone call to me at any time that morning would have given me the opportunity to make other arrangements, but no one ever contacted me. Also, I've since learned that this has happened to other people. I will NEVER order from this place again and urge you to not support this unprofessional establishment. This is an appalling business practice.

The staff are helpful and cheerful and the three meat and ?? bacon were delicious.

Pizza wasnt great. Could have cooked longer. The crust on the bottom was not cooked enough.

We've travelled to all 50 states, sampling pizza from most of them. Gold Pan Pizza was the choice in our 50th state and it did not disappoint. We rated the pepperoni pizza to be in the top 3 of all we've tried. This place is a diamond in the gold pan!
