This is great McDonald's and one of the only fast places in Ketchikan! The staff here is super helpful and friendly definitely recommend the daily double meal deals they are cheap deals that are quite filling!

I just waited 5 minutes to get to drive thru ordering kiosk at 8pm. Ok, no problem. However I then waited at the drive thru kiosk 13 minutes, and no one took my order. I asked several times if someone is there. Finally I pull up to window where two workers looked like they were on there phones. I sat for 3 minutes and no one acknowledged me. After 21 minutes I left with nothing. Was absolutely ridiculous, never mind the fact that I can get a burger and fries at a restaurant in town for the same price as McDonalds, literally cheaper at the landing. They jacked up there prices, same crappy food, and the service has declined drastically. Never again in Ketchikan.

This location has the most inaccuracies of any McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. Every other time I go through the drive through I end up having to go inside for them to fix the mistake. It also takes them forever to correct the mistake. I don’t understand how they manage to do so poorly so consistently.
