They cheat customers!!! Be careful to shop at this store. We stopped at this store on August 12th and bought 5 bear claws which is 9.95 plus tax each. We paid cash so spend $50 US dollars in total. When we ask for a discount, the store owner said “ End of season, won’t have more of these bear claws, so no discount”. We understand and paid. But later in another bigger market we saw same bear claws is selling for $3.99 plus tax and the store indicated clearly on the lable the bear claws is replicate. So make sure to be careful. Those people cheat in that store.

A tourist trap. Went to the Sitka location and bought a few different smoked salmon pieces. Pretty expensive and wasn't anything special. I've had better from my local market or whole foods.

This was our first stop off the cruise ship. We were very excited to order salmon to be sent home and share with our family. We were told we had to get a minimum of 5 pounds of fish- which seemed like a lot. We agreed and stayed that we wanted "king salmon fillets". I specifically asked how many filets would that be and the man stated between 18 and 20 filets. The cost of this was steep at 341.00. We decided to go with it. Our salmon arrived today and it was nothing short of disappointing. There was one giant piece of salmon. So even though I stressed I wanted individual fillets, that is not what I received. This was highly disappointing!

Amazing experience, from the tasting to the quality and the price quality relationship was also the best in town! Bought canned salmon and tried the sausages and the smoked salmon - all great!

This was one of our first stop on creek street, the store owner was extremely friendly and explained to us the different products. There were plenty of samples and we loved the sockeye salmon!

This was the first place we stopped in Ketchikan. We walked up just as Alex was getting everything opened and samples ready. Alex and the owner were both incredibly kind and excited to talk about salmon. The samples were good, too! Great shop and definitely worth a stop in if you’re in town or you can order from their online store!

I loved to find this shop to buy some salmon. The shop assistant was really kind and there was a great variety of salmon, a lot of tins to choose! I was said they can ship you the goods to your home. It is really good!
Do NOT order Salmon from here. We ordered Salmon and they shipped it to our house. If you are not home to sign for the Salmon, FedEx will not leave it at your door. No problems at this point. The Salmon went back to FedEx and when we were able to pick the Salmon up the next day, once we were notified with the thing on the front door, the Salmon had ruined and smelled up the whole house. At this point, Simply Salmon wasn't at fault. Where they are at fault is when we called to discuss the order and to let them know that the Salmon was either packed inappropriately or to see if they could take up the issue with FedEx. They were very unwilling to help in any way. I feel this is a complete tourist trap for those people visiting the area. If the buyers are on a trip and purchase the Salmon from this company, what are the chances that you are going to be home when they ship the product? This review is more in the way of how the situation was handled and not about the product itself.
