My favorite restaurant in Ketchikan! The atmosphere is exactly what you want in restaurant, and views of the inlet are incredible. I’ve been multiple times and the servers are very accommodating, helpful and respectful big or small groups. The pizza is really good and one of the best bang for your buck in Ketchikan, the pasta is good but the pizza is what I come back for. Never a mistake to come to eagle’s nest

Best Pizza spot with a view in Ketchikan. Although the service leaves something to be desired, Eagles Nest is a great place to enjoy a pizza while overlooking the town. Despite being out of a few choices of beer, the selection was enough. The pizzas were delicious, the salad was crisp and the breadsticks were as expected. Eagle's Nest is a hidden gem located high above Ketchikan’s Creek Street, nestled behind Cape Fox Lodge. Reaching the restaurant involves a bit of adventure—either a tram ride or a walk down a wooden staircase trail, with the latter often preferred for its scenic views and better experience. Inside, the restaurant surprises with its urban chic atmosphere, resembling a city loft more than a mountain lodge. Large windows and an outdoor deck offer sweeping views over downtown, Creek Street, and even the chance to see whales breaching, making the setting truly special.
The food at Eagle's Nest is thoughtfully prepared and consistently excellent. The Neapolitan-style pizzas are a highlight, featuring beautifully blistered, leopard-spotted crusts and a smoky flavor from the wood-fired oven. The tomato sauce is fresh, bright, and not cooked down into submission. Guests also enjoy artichoke dips and a variety of cocktails, such as Moscow mules, which complement the delicious meals perfectly. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring water is always refilled, and accommodating special requests like half-and-half pizzas. The cook behind the counter appears dedicated, with no smoke breaks observed during the visit, and the food is prepared quickly after ordering.
