Place is crap. Only way you get hours like I did over a hundred a week is to be the mule and kill yourself. Only way that Mafia will use you. Island I enjoy this place did it multiple seasons, always the same
Do not work here. Low class place. And hr is ignorantly and low class. The locals that work here are poor uneducated people.
Management is trash,go here if you want vacation time.the only good time is pollock season other than that only mafia works.prepare to get treated like trash....
I've been working at this company since 2009 and i can honestly say that Trident has one of the best management out of all the companies i've worked for. The living situation and food is all top notch.

A seemingly friendly work environment which offers continuous work most of the year and opportunity for people from various countries all over the world. A great place for someone who is willing to work long hard hours in order to achieve their own respective goals. Although not for everyone, the experience is worth putting in a season if you're willing to "get your feet wet" and your hands dirty.
