I've been working at this company since 2009 and i can honestly say that Trident has one of the best management out of all the companies i've worked for. The living situation and food is all top notch.

Trident Seafoods Review: My first introduction and seafood exchange fisher/Seafood Production Co. Trident has always been a first class operation. Taking great care for the fishery its' people the fishers themselves keeping a solid base within the Kodiak fishery. Crabbing in or around the. Island is now illegal? While fishing the west side of the island Arnie on the Shilikof brought in 300,000 lbs three times. On record go the fishery records in Kodiak. Truth or dare? Skipper/Owner. Arnie Arnsted F/v's Shilikof Straight . Arnie also owned the Kodiak Queen the sister ship. As a fisher with Arnie Arnsted F/V Shilikof Straight we had three top of the liner deliveries. 300,000 lbs of king crab three times past the = catch of the F/V Kodiak Queen a sister ship to the F/v Shilikof Straight 1981. I was a fisher for three years two king seasons one tanner crab, a pre-season quitting the Dawn Boats. Built up uncle's reputation from 1978 remember that crab season then the dead season in 79? Yeah death tolls of crab that were taken out past Priest Rock ll first only dropped in Captains Bay so said. Glad the local Aleutian legal system stopped helped stop illegal fishing and control of waste management. Forcing hikers from climbing three peaks only one I reached in Dutch. Harbor. Climbing which and now was a love of mine I pray and hope one friend(s) will always continue to climb for me. I truly miss walking/hiking one gift I have always enjoyed. I worked in college and lived in Magnolia, Seattle, WA. Walking from King Street Station the R. & R. Transportation Station. That by the way is a five mile walk. I miss and thank walkers and runners please get in a mile for me please. Now hitch hike to the U of W and back each day five miles to the on-ramp to hitch by thumb to college usually getting dropped off at 45th NE walk to south campus to the stadium near East Lake. Loved walking miss having that freedom scooter sure. My thought if you cannot walk using. Scooter great and if it breaks down. Put my scooter on the bus twice and not during commute times or drivers would drive right past you. Time for a colored cane you think? Trident has and was a unmarked five star corporation treating its people(s) with dignity respect and good will thank you. Heck put me on deck to work with white cane and all I'll do just fine LOL. Cheers and many thanks for Tridents Seafoods five star seafood products. Retired fisher/ Much gratitude and thanks.

A seemingly friendly work environment which offers continuous work most of the year and opportunity for people from various countries all over the world. A great place for someone who is willing to work long hard hours in order to achieve their own respective goals. Although not for everyone, the experience is worth putting in a season if you're willing to "get your feet wet" and your hands dirty.
