Stopped for lunch on our way back to Fairbanks and it was good! We split a burger with fries and onion rings. The burger was cooked perfectly and the onion rings were crispy! Everything was delicious!
Excellent, huge juicy burger and the best fries around. Highly recommend. Love the authentic Alaskan atmosphere.
The Monderosa used to be the best place for burgers. But in the last two years the quality has suffered greatly. Burgers are bland and have no seasoning like they where just made out of raw hamburger with nothing added to them. Sides are mediocre at best. I usually come here 3-4 times a year. But after this past experience I’m questioning weather I want to keep this a tradition anymore. There used to be a great atmosphere, great employees, AND great food.
