Just as the many reviews before mine, their burgers are delicious and worth the wait. Fries are great, too. Had we known how large the burgers were, we would have shared one. They have the can sodas for $2. Their cook is a marvelous, one-woman show. She owns the place! This was a Sunday afternoon and they were quite busy. Not only was there one cook, there was one server. On our way from Fairbanks to Denali NP we stopped here for lunch. It’s a large house built with full tree beams. The atmosphere is very authentic, a large bar, a snooker table with a Budweiser light over it, a juke box that unfortzunately did not work. Most folks order a hamburger and we did as well. One woth fries -they were really too long in the oil- and one with a jacked potato. Apart from the fries, the lunch was very tasty.

The food is absolutely delicious. I'm not a huge burger person, but I appreciate really good burgers, and to paraphrase Jules from "Pulp Fiction," this *was* a tasty burger. The halibut sandwich was also delicious, as were the mozzarella sticks and the "spuds" appetizer. Totally worth a visit!
