Consistantly deliver to the wrong place. Delivery drivers don't pay attention to what the address is. Pretty simple instructions. Look at the numbers on the mailbox, street, house.....not your GPS. Food is great. Just have to find ding dong driving down the road confused.
Order online then when I pick up, they say order is ready and try to send me on my way but two items are missing. Instead of making the items, they seem confused and unable to figure out what to do. They finally decided to refund the two items and send me on my way. The two missing items were sitting on the wire racks behind the confused worker, just needing the worker to pick them up. I just got my refund and left.
Things have really improved a lot recently. Food is looking good and the staff is very friendly. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich the other day and it was less than 15 minutes it was ready, and it tasted amazing. Highly recommend giving them another chance!
