Locally made, and my favorite bar! There's rotating flavor options, with a variety of sizes from shots to Gallons. I recommend their Avocado Toast!! š„
I am filled with gratitude for the existence of this wonderful place, home of creativity and warm, and a loving supportive community. I am grateful for every kombucha, avocado toast, conversation, song, chess game, laugh, and shenanigan.
Loved the rooibos rhubarb kombucha!
Cute little spot to get a kombucha flight and an avocado toast!
Really REALLY love their Kombucha! Tried a few of them, I can't get enough of their rhubarb version. In there at least once a week for a refill!
Always a great variety of delicious soft Kombuchas here. They also have a selection of coffees and toast. The Beet Carrot Ginger booch was enticingly tart with beet on the front end with a strong ginger finish and just a hint of carrot to round out the mixā¦. Just like my wife š
Small stage in the front corner for live music, art for sale, stickers, tee shirts, prints, paintings and more. We come to Palmer every week to help at STRIDE and have stopped here several times. The booch is always great and the service friendly. We will be back. This is a great place to refuel after a challenging MatSu hike. Today it was Lazy Mountain Lazy Moose loop. Did not make it to the top today but there is always next week. The 203 in the name is from the two hundred and three families in the original colony that eventually became Palmer. Are people from Palmer referred to as āPalmeraniansā? If not, they should beš¤Ŗ
Or maybe Palmericans or Palmerites. Either way, come to 203 Kombucha for a relaxed friendly vibe and some great kombucha.

It was really nice to have a great kombucha option at the Farmland Forever Fest!
Such a fun place! Love the outdoor seating.
This Kombucha brewery is good. I tried 3 flavors and bought a medium bottle of each they were so good.

I stopped here my first day in Alaska traveling from
Wisconsin - what an amazing shop!!!! I sampled the rhubarb and it was incredible- my teenage daughter raved about it and we went back our last day to get two more to take back to Wisconsin, got the apple pie which was delicious: but I must say the shop worker made all the difference. He was such a sweet guy, very informative and kind and even talked to us about how brewing works. He made our trip super memorable and this place is a must if you are visiting Palmer. Also full disclosure- my husband drinks Mountain Dew and doesnāt get into this sort of thing and loved the kombucha and drank lots of it.
I love 203 and all the people that work and visit. There is a food truck that is meat centric outside. Inside 203 they have the best avocado toast!!! This is my favorite place in the valley. I love seeing people gather without alcohol and support creativity.
Vegetarian options: It's just avocado toast
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, even more in summer. You do have to order at a tall bar, but they are accommodating people, and there are low tables.

Spectacular. Couldn't get enough of the samples so I took some to go! I loved how I got to combine tap flavors to make my desired kombucha. What a splendid time at the bar listening to live music and casually chatting to the brewer and other employees
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and other dietary flexibility
Parking: The parking lot is shared with at least one other business. Plenty of spots though
