It's rare that you find a locally-owned business, much less a food truck, who's food, service and atmosphere touches your soul. But here in our beautiful little Alaska home of Palmer, the Birdhouse Sandwich Co does just that! Every bite was more rewarding than the last, and the food was fresh, well-made, and professionally portioned. Seriously, don't overlook this place!
