It was ok. I had the vanilla prawns with pecans. The shrimp didnt taste entirely fresh. And it was $20. A fair amount of shrimp. But they just could of been better tasting. Ill try it again. Ill have a burger next time though.

I mentioned that I wanted a dish extra spicy, as if trying for gold in the spice olympics, and they delivered. In fact, they even wrote on the container that they only ever win gold, and to proceed with caution, so it's obvious they read the special instructions! Great food and great humor!

Don't bother ordering double meat especially the Mongolian beef the shrinkflation is noticeable. I grew up here and burger jims was a favorite for us for years. The food used to be cheap, fast, and decent for the price. Not anymore. Now it's average and overpriced. Disappointed.

Burger Jim is a restaurant of two cuisines and both are well done. Their burgers and fries are very good. Their honey sesame soy chicken and mongolian beef are also both very good, and it can be difficult to decide which type of cuisine to choose. Seating is plentiful.

This place has gone downhill so much.. the past 3 times eating here have been so disappointing. The portions keep getting smaller and quality lower. I got the Mongolian beef and the portion and size of meat was extremely disappointing. The burgers seem slapped together carelessly and a lot drier than they used to be. This time my entire order of fries were burnt little 1 inch pieces. After all the chances we keep giving them I don’t think we will be coming back. So sad we used to absolutely love this place.

Used to really like this place, but the last time I ordered the house fries they were rancid. I'm not sure what part was rotten, but as soon as I tired a bite I gagged, something had REALLY expired. Concerned it was served, and wouldn't go back knowing there is obviously no quality control if rancid food makes it out. Disappointing cause it was one of my favorites

This place is exceptional. I got the Philly burger, the knight burger, deep fried mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks. Everything about this dinner for my husband and I was absolutely perfect. Their buns hold up well, taste homemade, they’re light and fluffy, and surprisingly because I had it delivered not one soggy spot in the bun. Everything was seasoned/ cooked absolutely perfectly. 1000% recommend and I will be back.
I went in with high hopes after a friend told me this was the best spot for Chinese food, but I walked out pretty disappointed. The staff were fine, but the shrimp fried rice was rough. I could only get through half the plate before tossing the rest, it was somehow both oily and bland. Maybe I’m spoiled by East Coast spots, but I honestly don’t think the fried rice is worth it.

Tonight I used Doordash pickup and ordered 3 hamburgers to pick up on my way home from work. 2 with onion rings and 1 with fries. I even ordered mine with an extra patty. Until tonight, I've never had issue with burgers from here. In fact, they're our households favorite. However, tonight i arrived a little before my scheduled time and was told I'd have to wait a few minutes. Didn't take long and I was on my way with my food. Went 5 minutes down the road to my house where I found my extra patty was missing, but I was charged for it. Worse yet, the patties on all the burgers tasted burned, were cold, and weren't juicy as normal. They were dry. Almost as dry as the stiff, normally soft buns. Because the onion rings were slightly burned and cold, the only thing that wasn't out of sorts was the French fries. For food I had to wait for it sure seemed like it had been sitting around, going cold and stale. My wife suggested we just go in and order from now on but if this was fresh, I'm even weary of doing that.
Yes, we ate the food. It was no where near the quality we've come to expect but I want going to drive back. I had just finished a 13 hour day and wanted to go home. I had no clue as to what was in store.
