Really nice coffee shop tucked in the perfect location. Barista was super kind and friendly. Im a lotus snob and the lotus drink I ordered was one of the best I’ve had.

Asked for a 16 oz Mac nut breve with 1/2 the syrup. Watched her pump 5 shots of syrup in my cup. It was super sweet, can't imagine how people drink that stuff with 10 pumps.

Just stopped there they were not busy and it took the girl 25 minutes to make 3 easy drinks because she helped someone who pulled up at the other window after we ordered then did ours ...No

Wonderful experience each time I’ve come here. Willow was AWESOME and made me a surprise iced latte with maple spice and white chocolate. Absolutely delicious, fast and friendly. She also gave our dogs treats! ??????

Absolutely the slowest coffee shop in the valley. No matter what one you go to expect to wait 10+ min in line. One car in front of me, one drink ordered and I was stuck waiting over 15 min.

I've been going there every morning for over a year now. Love the coffee and the girls are ALWAYS super friendly. Just talking with them makes my day much better.

Would not recommend coming here. Their website said 8 pm, we showed up at 7 pm, and they were closed would not recommend coming and maybe change their times for people who like ...

Just a little coffee shack off a very busy highway. Give them a try.

Yesterday we ordered a caramel frapp and vanilla breve, I drove away back to the Ranch neighborhood, took a sip and realized the gal made my drink a caramel breve. Not a big deal, she was nice, thought my dog was super cute and offered a treat. This morning I rolled down the back window because my dog loves coffee stands and a different gal looked at him several times, did not offer a treat...I ordered a breakfast burrito she asked if I wanted salsa, siracha, and sour cream. I said no salsa just the other 2...opens the window said we are out of siracha do you still want sour cream? I said yes. She closes the window opens it back up and says sorry we are out of sour cream. Ok...so basically a dry burrito which I would not have ordered had I known. I had already tipped 20% and left unhappy. Might want to make sure you're stocked up on stuff before you offer and any coffee stand that treats dogs gets extra points in my book. There are 3 coffee stands next to the Ranch neighborhood, I will not be coming back to this one. Would think a new coffee stand would have a menu or something on the wall also, I just wasn't impressed.

Really disappointing :/ I ordered a decaf latte. As I drove away, I took a sip- it was terrible. I went back to the shop and stated the issue. The barista said, “yeah our decaf shots are really gnarly, they’re really gross.” I’m not sure why you would sell something you know is terrible... It’s also strange that she had the attitude of “that’s just how it is.” I’m not sure why I wasn’t offered a refund, especially when they acknowledged what a poor product they had and I made the effort to return it… it’s always so disappointing when local places have negative work practices. I much rather support a local Alaskan place, but this place just seems to have poor values and doesn’t respect its customers:/

Dirty chai was made well. Prices were good.

Always friendly, haven't burned an espresso shot yet, their treats are made here in Alaska and are awesome!
