Excellent service and a delicious iced vanilla frappe with whipped cream on top. I didn't take a photo of it but we also got a hot matcha latte and my resident matcha expert said it was delicious.

Whenever we order coffee here with flavors (e.g. strawberry, Blueberry) they never actually add any or enough to even taste it. The coffee isn't anything special. Not worth buying. Coffee from the gas station there is better.
The cups they use for the 24oz coffee dont even fit in the car cup holders - they are too tall and skinny! Just spills everywhere! They didn't even offer to make a new one - they just gave us 3 napkins to clean the huge mess.
We are disappointed.

Worst coffee shop in Alaska. Don’t go on Sundays. Rudest owner and Abigail was in a bad mood. Asked for a refund bc our coffee was burnt. Abigail said the owner would send a refund. So she kept our drinks. Two days later, owner said we won’t be getting a refund. 👎🏼👎🏼

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I go here every morning and the baristas are always so kind to me. I especially love Abby, she always asks how my mornings are and she is very sweet. All the baristas always make my drink very fast and it is always perfect, there will never be another coffee hut I frequent as much as this one 😊

Cozy Cup is the best and Tianna is amazing! She has beyond exceptional customer service, such good energy, a positive vibe and makes the best drinks. Even when you’re having a tough morning her cheery nature turns it around. If you don’t live in that area, make your way over and try them out. They’ll become your new fave. We moved here a month ago and this quickly became our favorite spot for our daily coffee! The kids even love it for hot chocolate. All the ladies are super friendly and get our drinks out as quickly as possible. I especially love the fact that they make the kids hot cocoa a kid-safe temperature so they can drink it right away! Thanks ladies!
