The folks in Palmer are always nice and my kid & I always leave happy! They’ve gone above and beyond for my 4 year old One time giving her extra sprinkles to make her blizzard that much more special and the next time her cherry dip cone did not disappoint!

Worst customer service! We’ve been here a few times with a span of time in between each visit and the last couple times, April and now in August, the employees have been rude and uncaring like they just hate their job. Don’t question them about anything because they are just as rude!

Not sure how they're in business. With zero exaggeration they were out of everything, and what we did order we sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us when we arrived. Our ice cream was soup by the time we left the window because it took 15 minutes for our food. The food was luke warm and the fries were ice cold and about a quarter full in their little box. When we left people were trying to back out of the drive through and it wasn't very busy. Not sure what is going on in this place but I'm a hard now never again.

My boyfriend and I rolled through at about 5 minutes before closing after a crazy and exhausting climb on Lazy Mountain. They were super awesome, didn't give a lick of attitude towards us for showing up late, and the food and blizzards were on point. Shout out to the closing shift people that worked Tuesday (August 13th, 2024). :)

Made one order at a time very slowly, got something wrong on our order and everyone's around us. Didn't have water available or most beverages.
We also watched them take a tray from another customer while eating, plate our food, and serve it to us without wiping it down.

Last week was sooooooo bad I was stunned. I recommend a firing of a lil red stained hair girl whom, after requesting a manager, was the manager. Her behavior was incredibly nasty towards customers and the crew assigned to work that day. Only 1 person, a young man transferred from Wasilla dairy queen, whom was there to fix what he called the problems. He was considerate, helpful and apologetic to us customer's while this unruling manager literally threw a nice ladies order rite threw the order window from the counter while screaming to the cook to recook the order. Another customer had waited 40 minutes waiting for his order which consisted of 2 banana splits a 2 small Sunday's. After 28 minutes I finally asked what was taking my order so long and the polite young man answered by telling me the manager doesn't know where the cool whip topping was for the 3 medium size milkshakes I ordered. I noticed the price she charged me was for a large and I showed the ppl they gave me medium size shakes but charged me for large size. They explained the sign wasn't correct and refused me the proper change. I left with my 3 shakes but was sooo stunned I could barely explain to my family what I experienced in there that day. Pls give the helpful young man from Wasilla a raise and promote him to take over the lil redhaired managers job for fixing and managing all the problems she caused with a profound attitude. He was dairy queens hero that day.
They close at 10:30pm but closed down the grill at 8pm on a Saturday night.
The could only make ice cream but everything had to be made with chocolate ice cream.
Four employees present, two working at a casual pace, and four cars backed up in the drive through with no one in the dining room.
Poor management. Employees work, or down, to to the lowest standard. The lowest standard was evident.
