Went thru the drive-thru. Crappy service and the we paid $21+ for this. The service was not so fast and the food was old. Soggy fries and the chili cheese hot dog was old as well, it had old crusted cheese on it, as if it sat there for a while. No ketchup, no napkins and no manners. Never going back to say the least!

Love their flame thrower & cheese curd. But it was a bunch of kids working. No napkins in the bag. Ordered 2 reg cheese curd & chicken strips. No ranch was included in my bag, although I did order it! And last I checked French fries are supposed to come with a combo meal. But all I got was my burger & a coke! The food we got was great. BUT CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!! Odds are they forgot more than 1 item!Parking: They got a big outdoor parking lot by the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They've got a play land.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking & entrance. I believe they've even got accessible tables too.

I took my beloved dog there for his 12th birthday to split a burger and some ice cream, unfortunately, the burger had E.Coli and made us both extremely sick - the complications from the E.Coli ended up killing my dog. It’s something I will have to live with forever. I haven’t gone back since. I know I probably shouldn’t have given my dog part of a burger, but the burger shouldn’t have been contaminated with poop. I will never eat at another Dairy Queen - all thanks to the Palmer DQ.

Absolutely disgusting customer service/attitude from the girl working the drive thru. I don't expect people to be delighted to serve but at the same time when you make it seem like I'm inconveniencing you just by ordering even though it's literally your job. That's when I have a problem. Their intercom wasn't working properly and she acted as if that was our fault but the rudeness started up on the first drive up of her answering the intercom with "what do you want."

The young girl working the cash register had Playboy Bunny sweatpants on and a t-shirt with a barely dressed anime girl bent over. People take their kids here. Not a family-friendly atmosphere at all. They should tell their tart employees to dress professionally.Kid-friendliness: The girl working the cash register was wearing a t-shirt with a nearly nude cartoon girl bending over with her buns sticking out.

The manager and crew did a fantastic job with fresh food and excellent service. And the lobby and dining area were very clean. With a skeleton crew these people were still friendly and professional.

I ordered on the app to pick up. My order was not ready and had to wait 20 minutes! Then it was incomplete and incorrect. The chicken was not BBQ and no bread, and missing a drink. I emailed management and no response.

Stopped by here for a mid-afternoon lunch with my family. Went here primarily because of the play area for my toddler.When we arrived we were informed that the play area was closed because they didn't clean it...We ordered our food, several of us with extremely minor requests such as no ranch or tomato. While those were noted on the receipt they were ignored on the food itself.The ice machine was completely empty and the server was very rude and had very large sunglasses on and a facemask so you couldn't even see him.They ended up opening the play area without cleansing it because so many people complained.Definitely not the best first impression.Overall the food was ok, looking past the ignored special requests... Definitely could have been much better
