Family favorite! it's always a must, when headed down hatchers, that we stop to get warm and to fill our stomachs with delicious food. the staff has always been awesome.

5 stars all around! Super friendly staff, very quick service, and food was beyond our expectations. My husband is a stickler for a good burger and this is now one of his favorite burger spots!

I don't drink but have stopped in a couple of times and got food also to go a couple of times. The food has been good each time. I appreciate the atmosphere not too bad but not to grill either.

Great place to eat & have a beer, year round. Beer is cold but the food & bartenders are warm. Christy the manager (I think) is not only a great bartender but an all around amazing human. Go visit this place if you’re in the area.

Just went there tonight (Saturday September 21) and the door knob on front door was missing and door was latched. We could not get in… tried to call but got no answer. Not impressed

food wasn't bad received it in a timely fashion I was just amazed how the employees there were talking about how hard their day was and they are how they hated being at work one guy even said he had five days straight he had to work doesn't everybody I think there could be some improvements and attitude but the food was good

We had such high hopes for this restaurant, reading all the good reviews. I ordered the jalapeño cheese steak, the hubby ordered bacon cheeseburger. Had a bit of a wait, but it wasn't busy because there weren't that many customers when we came in.

My food arrived cold. The family seated behind us came in after we ordered, but their food came first. The hubby's food came 30 minutes later after the family behind us finished their food. They even asked how the hubby wanted his burger cooked (medium, rare, etc), but the burger wasn't cooked as asked.

Hubby was asked if he was done with his plate while he was still actively eating his fries. When we were given our bill, it wasn't even ours. $90 of alcohol drinks, when we didn't even order any alcohol.

Alaska concentrated in one place.
Unfortunately we didn't eat there but only drank 2 beers but one thing is certain we will return there.

We came after a hike at Hatcher Pass in with a group of 10 with no reservation. A table was available to fit us all, and our server Lyndsey and the food was excellent! Would definitely come back!

I have yet to eat here but just had to give a good rating for being good people! A friend and I had a mishap at the top of Hatchers - And got a ride down the hill to this bar in order to call for help.

While we were waiting, Some staff came out to check on us, Offered us some food, And let us know if we needed anything to come in.

In these times were good people are hard to come by - It definitely stuck out to me and I will forever be thankful. You earned a lifelong customer that day, thank you!
