Hands down the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had going to this place. I will say that I was 45 minutes “late” picking the pizza up but they’ve always still had our pizza ready when we got there that late in the past. This time they said my order wasn’t even put in their system, I’ll add a screenshot of my call to them to show that I did call the right number and definitely had a conversation with whoever answered. They really didn’t seem to care at all that they messed up because they didn’t even offer an apology.

Terrible service and hit-or-miss quality pizza. Second time we got a goopy pizza from the Palmer location, we called the store and an employee named Aiden was awful to deal with. Rude & hung up on my partner. Said he packaged the pizza and it was fine, nothing they could do about it. I called the Wasilla store and they couldn’t do anything about it either, different management. Emailed the company, no response. ??

Ordered delivery. All meat pizza & a salad. They called back, they were out of lettuce, so no salad. They refunded that upon delivery. Also at the time of delivery, they advised us that we were outside of their delivery area... Barely. So they delivered this 1 time. But next time is gonna hafta be a carryout. The pizza was amazing. Love love love the reindeer sausage on the all meat pizza!!
