Definitely our family’s favorite pizza in the area! The pizza has its own unique flavor in the best way possible…fulfills the craving but it’s not just standard pizza from anywhere. Customer service is top notch as well.

IF YOU VAGUELY LIKE PICKLES OR IF YOU LIKE PICKLES A LOT, TRY THE DILL PICKLE PIZZA. I saw that on the wall, and I thought we should try it, and my spouse was hesitant but went ahead and ordered one. They don't come in 10 inches, you have to get 12 but that's no big deal. Sorry, no pics because we ate it so fast.

We also ordered Greek pizza, and that was absolutely outstanding. Someone in our party cannot handle onions so they honored that request and it was some of the best Greek pizza I've ever had.

The crust was perfect. There was an even ratio of crust to sauce, and what they put on top of it was exquisite. I will definitely come here again. I personally prefer to dine out, but I will be happy to order pizza here and go back home, because well, I like being home, too. (Have paper plates and there won't be that many dishes.)

It's a takeout place. And it also seems new, so you go in and it's not a polished takeout pizza parlor. I'll give it five stars anyway, because it's clean and the staff is friendly.

Hatcher Pass Pizza is one of my favorite places to eat pizza. Usually good quality and quick service. The last time I visited was not this. When I ordered the pizza and was told about 45 minutes. When I arrived, 45 minutes later, they were just making the pizza and were not in the oven. I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the pizzas we ordered.

Our favorite pizza is the jalapeño popper pizza. It was great but they were in such a rush that all the bacon was in piles not evenly spread out. We also ordered a Canadian bacon pizza. There was so much cheese on this pizza, I couldn’t see the meat.

The service wasn’t great and I feel they went a little heavy on cheese and didn’t care about quality and it showed.

The pizza is mediocre, the wait was much longer than the estimate, and we didn’t receive any marinara with our breadsticks, or the additional sauces that we paid for.
There’s better pizza in the valley.

I’ve ordered pizza here 6 times now and every single time there has been something wrong with the order. It’s never been ready when they said it would, and I can count on it taking at least double the quoted time. I’m sitting here in their parking lot watching them finally put toppings on my pizzas 15 minutes after they said it would be ready. When I walked in all four employees were just standing around doing nothing, yet they hadn’t even started putting my pizzas together. The pizza usually tastes good when they get the orders right, but it’s just easier driving to Wasilla for pizza that is quicker, cheaper, and gets the orders right. You can drive to Wasilla and be back with pizza before they even start making the pizzas here. My kids love the cheeseburger pizza.

Every time I have ordere a butter crust anything, which they advertise, I NEVER get a butter crust! Either the cooks can’t read or those taking the orders can’t hear. Not the first time but it will be the last . Poor service to boot. Said 35 minutes waited 50. I am so tired of paying way too much and not getting what I ordered. I don’t care how close they are any more! I would rather drive not Palmer or Wasilla then waist my $ on a local and getting screwed. You are waisting your $ spending it there!!!!

We ordered two hoagie style sandwiches. When ordering them online, there is a place you can note any special requests. Even though, someone highlighted those requests when they printed out my order, they failed to do them. IE..mayo on the side, extra toasted...etc. The sandwiches were still very good, they could have been home runs. The price is a good value, bigger than we thought they would be.

Delicious pizza ready in about 30 minutes, and they offer a military discount. The dough is slightly sweeter than salty.

I visited Alaska and tried this place. Wow. The jalapeño popper pizza is amazing. I’m so sad cause now I’m gonna crave it and they don’t have that back home. Definitely will be back when I come back to

We call Hatcher Pass Pizza “Pizza in a pinch”. I have never had them deliver as I live close by. The pizza usually has the proper amount of sauce, most places serve a dry pizza. This is a huge plus! The crust is bland but if you pay the extra you can get seasoning sprinkled on. I consider this a requirement. You can sure expect to find the toppings blobbed on and not distributed across the whole pizza. They also have a problem tracking their pizza’s sold to pizza’s paid for. Be prepared to PROVE you bought a pizza and didn’t get it. This happens if you use their website to pay for a pizza only to find they are not even open! Over all they are acceptable, but there are better places.

Pizza is really good. But the philly cheese steak is awful. Super greasy, super plain, not enough peppers, not enough meat, but they had a INSANE amount of cheese on it. They had an inch thick slab of cheese on the entire thing and that’s not a exaggeration. I’m convinced they didn’t even make any money off of it because of how much cheese they used.

Everyone was super friendly and understanding, but the order got hung up somewhere using the Slice app, and then it took a couple tries to get it correct. Great pizza, but they're very busy.
