I actually got to the drive thru before they had opened for the day, and they still took my order. It's good breakfast, I got 2 Egg McMuffins and a coffee. No complaints at all.

The service at the drive thru was horrible. The guy told me to stop yelling in his ear! I said excuse me? I asked for the manager and made a formal complaint. Worst McDonald's in Alaska!

When the food is correct, the food is good. I've had two instances recently where they have 1. Forgotten the egg on my egg mcmuffin and 2. Forgotten any toppings at all in my chicken sandwich. I've only ever been through the drive through, so IDK about the atmosphere on the inside of the building. The people are nice though.

Staff very slow and screwing off the whole time i was around. Took 20 min to get a breakfast sandwich. Only 5 customers in the lobby. What took so long? No management at all.

Super annoyed. A couple weeks ago I called in because I ordered two spicy snack wraps, with no cheese and despite the label saying no cheese there was cheese. I came by today, again and ordered a spicy snack wraps with no cheese. Open the snack wrap and its ranch….

I just don’t understand. It’s labeled spicy but has ranch. Just like the last order, labeled no cheese with cheese throughout. How does this even happen? And to the same customer twice within a couple weeks… very frustrating. Please pay attention.

Machines were broken so no frappe or flavored coffee. Staff was very helpful in trying to accommodate but not much they can do when both machines are down.

Make sure you check your order prior to leaving. I'm not sure what has happened in the last few months, but 8 out of my last 8 orders have been significantly wrong. I have pointed this out to the staff each time, but there continue to be problems.
