Have using 1,500 point for Mcchicken for picked up in store but inside they was rebuilding and cannot enter. Talk to employee in drive thru window he told me to pull over but I been waiting and I didn’t receive anything. Very disappointed this place.. and I couldn’t get the point back. Employees very suck !!!!!

If you want accuracy of your order and good kind service this is not where you want to go. To have a drive through clerk tell you I don’t know and close the window on you to just walk away and not come back. It’s extremely noticeable as to how the training and disciplinary actions are going as I’m sure i am not the first to complain.

Old, cold, half empty Lg ?, wrong sauce for the nuggets.. ???.
Used their mobile app to order food. Picked it up at the drive through and only got a quarter of what was ordered. Went back and had to argue to get the rest of the food we paid for. And they weren't willing to do anything about their mistake.

This location is consistent with service and food. Relatively quick and almost always freshly prepped to order/hot. Usually staffed with very polite young adults/kiddos.
