Unfortunately an employee (Aidann) is literally texting on her phone when supposed to be making drinks... and stepping away to talk to friends more than helping customers. Waited over 15min for a drink.... last time I was here she started my dr8nk and walked away to talk to a friend and her colleague finished it. Very unprofessional and disappointed in service.

Didn't get my drink as ordered Dude wasn't paying attention. Tossed it and ended up down the street at the shop by the fairgrounds..sorry and the price was a lil much.

Wow, wow, wow! What an amazing hike. It is not an easy hike but I definitely feel it was worth it. A little more than half the trail is a wide slightly up hill well kept trail. The rest is fairly rugged switch backs up the mountain, a rock field and then another altitude climb. I would consider it about like doing the Bodenburg Butte 2 times. Totally worth your time if you like that sort of stuff. :)

Worst customer service. They messed up my drink and instead of remaking it. They just handed me a cup with a pump of syrup.

I went there today. My drink was made good, the breakfast sandwich I ordered tasted rotten. There was trash all of the floor and they keep touching their faces and not washing their hands.?

Ordered 16 oz cappuccino got 8 oz max... Mostly empty cup for $4.89! I would have gladly taken that 1/2 cup milk poured in to the drain.

Better and better prices on more essentials with both bulk and items not in bulk. The non-bulk items are more favorable for individuals whereas the bulk items are integral to the survival and well-being of Anchorage restaurants.
