Today I wanted a Tuna wrap with Olives and they're only willing to give me 6 olives, 6 pieces of partial olives on the wrap.
That's insane!

The employees looked tired and angry, one of them didn't even properly put the lettuce, spinach, and cucumbers in my sandwich. Half of my vegetables are hanging out. On top of that, I didn't even get a bag to carry my sandwich!

Dealing with food poisoning because of this subway. 2 days ago I went in around 8:15 pm (they close @ 9pm) and all the veggies and condiments were room temperature and on the counter, for who knows how long. The workers need a supervisor or manager watching them more closely otherwise more people are going to get sick.

Online order with two foot longs one bmt and one chipotle chicken and they completely messed up both sandwiches with incorrect toppings and breads and then burnt them, wtf am I going to do drive back and wait to have them remade after picking them up? Y'all need to hire people who are competent and literate, even most high schoolers know how to make a sandwich and not burn it

Great job Palmer Subway team! Went in with my family and was served by a friendly bunch. Food was great! Place was clean and good for my family’s use. Thanks again! Had Philly steak, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and a pretzel twist.
Parking: Small lot but it is plenty in my opinion.

The food was decent one of the lady’s told me they honored the buy one get one free deal online made an online account and ordered the sandwiches to find out I didn’t get a free sandwich and charged me 15 bucks when the lady told me they honored the free online pricing. I called to let her know that they charged me and I didn’t get my free sandwich and their response was they couldn’t do anything no refund no free sandwich coupon nothing. My word to subway is do not false advertise and know what you are talking about before telling people and then charging them then stating over the phone there’s nothing you can do that is not proper customer service.
