The food was decent one of the lady’s told me they honored the buy one get one free deal online made an online account and ordered the sandwiches to find out I didn’t get a free sandwich and charged me 15 bucks when the lady told me they honored the free online pricing. I called to let her know that they charged me and I didn’t get my free sandwich and their response was they couldn’t do anything no refund no free sandwich coupon nothing. My word to subway is do not false advertise and know what you are talking about before telling people and then charging them then stating over the phone there’s nothing you can do that is not proper customer service.

This is my favorite subway location in the Mat-Su. They do an excellent job keeping it clean, stocking ingredients and having fresh fluffy bread. The manager does an excellent job and works super hard. Always has a friendly smile on her face.
Seth was the friendliest employee I've probably ever experienced at Subway. Good consistent food like all locations as well.

The food is pretty much what I would make at home so I like it very much. However, I wouldn't have such a wide selection of sandwich ingredients to choose from. The staff is very pleasant and patient as we try to make up our minds. The food service area is always spic and span, as is the employees, which makes for an excellent experience.

Sometimes the messiest food tastes the best. My sandwich tasted great but was very sloppily put together. I found 3 tops of banana peppers that i had to locate as i chewed to separate them in my mouth. Not very friendly if i was elderly or had. Hopefully by informing manager this will change.

If you want the answer no. Go here. Do you have Italian herbs and cheese bread? No. Can I get my sandwich toasted? No, machine is broken. Ok, since the bread I want is not here and the temp that is not conventionally offered can you toss on some guacamole? No. Ok for the kids meal, instead of the Tropicana lemonade that no kid likes, can I get her a fountain lemonade? No. I understand things go wrong but you need to work with to customer if many of normal services or products are not available.
