Employees are insanely rude for no reason and always have something to say about what you get charged me $19.11 for a single footlong no double meet and a drink that’s not acceptable that would be $15 any other

Don't eat here. I don't fault them for being out of certain items, it happens. I do fault them for not telling me substitute was an up charge. I fault them for the very slow service. I fault them for having a dirty restaurant when it's not busy and they have time to clean. There are other subways not far from here (like Palmer) go there.

People were waiting (standing in line) including my son and I for the store to make online ordered sandwiches while we waited in the store more then a dozen customers came in and left. Horrible position for management to put the employees in the position where they have to tell people online orders come before customers at the store. Worst managed Subway I've even been to. Definitely not going back and will worn everyone to stay away.

Wish I could have reviewed. Went thru the drive thru, waited the 30s as the sign says and if no answer drive to the window. Sign at the window says to honk. I honked. No response. I drove around and went inside. No one there. Bread baking. A couple pick up orders ready. I shouted, and eventually got pretty loud, no response. I thought about getting behind the counter and making my own sandwich or taking a pick up order but I didn't. So I left hungry. Very disappointed.

Have had numerous problems at this Subway. I always go to the drive thru, give my order, pay and when they bring it to me it's always been short of something. Several times I ordered a meal, she gave me a sandwich. I had to ask for the chips I ordered and then had to ask for my drink. And never have I ever been given napkins with my orders. Today was it for me at this location. Their intercom is broken ( for several months now) so you drive up to window and there's a sign that says honk for service. I honked at least 4 times, nothing, no customers inside also no workers. I sat about 10 minutes honking those 4 times intermittently, another vehicle pulls up behind me and after several minutes they honk a good long and loud one. Finally a girl comes from back of store, looks into store but not at window! Another worker finally comes out and to window. In the meantime there are about 10+ customers going into store. Now I've been here at least 10 minutes! Finally a girl comes to window, I tell her how long I've been honking and waiting. She takes my order, I tell her how long I've been there and there were no other customers when I first started waiting. She goes back to counter and the two of them start waiting on all the other customers. I wait another 10-15 minutes! She comes to window and apologizes for the wait. I remind her again I was here a good 10 minutes before all those other customers. She says I'll get your now! I almost blew but she was young and I tried to be nice. (Only lost it once and immediately apologized)Finally brought my sandwich and chips in bag. Had to remind her I also paid for cookies, got my drink and left. I pulled out and parked to eat, no napkins, of course, and the sandwich was ice cold!! I always get exact same sandwich and always toasted, I know I said toasted!! By now I'm too upset and angry to go back!! Took it home and heated in microwave. (Veggies not so good heated up). About a month ago I ordered online, it was close to 8pm by the time I got to window. Girl says all online orders have been cancelled and refunded for tonight we close at 8. It clearly states online they close at 9pm. So I leave. Check my bank account when I get home and charge is still there. Call next day Nd am told it might take a few days and I'm ok that's normal. I wait til Monday following week, charge is still there. I call again and a lady answers, I explain to her what happened and she says, I'm the one that takes care of things like that and no one ever told me about it. She had me hold on and within a few minutes she says your $$ has been refunded (when I looked at account it was). She also told me she doesn't understand why that would have happened because " we don't close til 9pm". Sorry this has been so long but I've been holding on hoping things would change for quite awhile. I will not go to this location again, I feel as tho I've been patient for a long time and I realize they have new workers and they are pretty young but I've had enough. There are several other location in my area to go to. Oh and today the girl said " well we are the slow store"!!!! How's that for a topper? Goodbye 4 Corners Subway!!!

Well currently sitting in the parking lot of this subway and their doors are locked it's 20 min past time to open .. I have seen 6 customers walk up to the door and get frustrated cause it says they are open but all doors are locked.

As I walked in I was completely ignored all 3 employees kept their back to me, to get someone to look at me I said "hi welcome to subway! How can I help you!?" Which must have went over wrong as that was met with a scowl from the two males one of which was in charge apparently as he was not wearing a name tag while the other two wore trainee tags just walked away to the back. I didn't get the bread I asked for and the vegetables are frosting over as the serving case is obviously turned up to high to freezing. Feels lonely in here as the other patrons opted out of sitting down in the unwiped eating area.

My server, Daishia, was so nice to me. She complimented my glasses and I was having a bad day so it meant a lot. I will definitely be back, and I hope she will still be there.

Staff used to be slow and annoying to deal with, but it is much better now. Staff nice and quick and don't mess up your sandwich.
