Ordered calupas several times, Every single time I asked please make sure that they are hot. They weren't. They were cold or berley warm i was very disappointed because I had to get back to work from lunch I mean was that so hard? To much to ask? They were supposed to be hot anyway. $20 and you get cold hard chalupas? Almost nothing inside. Sorry I never go there again. And by the way They just came out the fryer lies are getting very old....

Im very picky with my order, and they always get it right always ! and don't make an issue about it like other taco bells in town. They do a great job and quick, too! There are no long lines inside or drive thru

We recently visited this Taco Bell and had a frustrating experience. Upon walking in, we noticed the cashier leaving, but assumed they’d return shortly. We waited for 5-10 minutes, making eye contact with several employees, but no one stepped up to take our order. Finally, after standing there for quite a while, we asked if someone could help us. To our surprise, they denied even noticing us standing there the whole time.
The lack of attention and poor customer service was disappointing. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but being ignored for this long, even with multiple employees visibly present, isn’t acceptable.

Went here with my boyfriend earlier and Courtney gave us great service. Our order was perfect and exactly what we asked for. She made sure our freeze was pretty too. Best experience I’ve ever had goin to that Taco Bell. Someone should give her a raise.

They gave away my online order to someone else and proceeded to say I picked it up. I had proof of order number and time I put it in. I didn’t pick it up and had to wait 30 minutes for them to fix their own mistake. And they didn’t even say sorry or give a complimentary free taco card. Was not satisfied at all with the service. I feel like they could do better.
