I finally abandoned my paid order. The interior was filthy. There wasnt enough staff. They couldn't even tell me where I was in the order line up after waiting for 25 minutes. The way their system prioritizes orders is chaos. Drive thru clearly had first priority. Ordering on the app and at the lobby kiosk have very low priority. Ordering from the person directly at the register has high priority. What a mess. There werent any adult employees. Some of the teens were polite and working hard. Some were slow and indifferent.

The Taco Bell Palmer team is doing an excellent job! They should be recognized for their incredibly great customer service during such a busy time like the State Fair. I completely forgot about the fair starting and I’ve never seen the line so long like I did tonight. Order by order with a line that is seemingly never ending … good job! Seriously, you guys are amazing and we are all lucky to have such dedicated employees working to feed so many people late at night!

Disappointed with how the night manager handled a wrong order on the drive thru. He refused to give me what I ordered, yelled at us, and gave us poorly made chalupas seemingly on purpose from being frustrated with our order. It isn’t our fault their crew messed up our order, and it isn’t our fault that they refused to fix it. Really uncomfortable being yelled at by anyone let alone people I’m trusting to make my food.

The night shift manager is incredibly rude & refuses to fix the mistakes his crew &or himself made & yelled at us (the customers) for wanting the order corrected. Extremely unprofessional.

Claims to open at 7 AM but when you show up at seven, they still have so much to do that. They’re not gonna be open until 730 so they turn away customers until 730 even though they say they open at seven.

Pic says enough. #10 grilled steak burrito meal. Any smaller and it will be a one bite. 95% Tortilla wrap 5% other materials= 100% sadness mixed with disappointment.

This place has literally just given up. No customer service. You have to order on a screen. Dine in, place is shamefully filthy, food is both cold & stale. Paid $33 for two combo meals and both are trash.
