Always missing something that we order. Every time.

Waited 40 min in the drive through linea after we ordered. Possibly the slowest employees known to man. Multiple returned items in front of us. Worst and slowest Taco Bell we have ever been to. Buy frozen burritos and cook them yourself, you will be way happier.

No need to order what you want just tell them how many items you want cause thats what you are going to get anyway! Dont try to call about messing up your order they will just hang up on you. No not just one visit same thing multiple visits we actually stopped going there for about a year. But on a good note atleast their consistent.

Customer service was great BUT was extremely understaffed so we had to go back FOUR TIMES for items that they forgot. The ice was really good and so was the food.

Grossly incompetent team. Over a 30 minute wait in the lobby because they prioritized the drive thru. When we finally got our food, it was 96°F, soggy and mushy. Our nachos ripped like wet paper. The team joked with each other and slacked off the entire time, leaving the entire lobby filthy. Trash and food all over. We were waiting so long that we started straighting up their lobby for them. 3 People left because they didnt want to wait. Another patron waiting said this particular taco bell is the slowest and not the best quality. This branch needs a manager, or the current one replaced.

I finally abandoned my paid order. The interior was filthy. There wasnt enough staff. They couldn't even tell me where I was in the order line up after waiting for 25 minutes. The way their system prioritizes orders is chaos. Drive thru clearly had first priority. Ordering on the app and at the lobby kiosk have very low priority. Ordering from the person directly at the register has high priority. What a mess. There werent any adult employees. Some of the teens were polite and working hard. Some were slow and indifferent.
