Poor service..I waited for 10 or minutes before anyone came to the the counter and then she just smiled with no other words and we continued to wait for few more minutes..and nothing..not even a sorry for the wait..walked out..service SUCKS
I love Wendy's so I'm happy that this restaurant is here in Palmer. The staff are always wonderfully polite and I've never had any issues with quality of my food or the customer service.
My biggest complaint with this location is that they are simply sold out of certain items very often. While I can understand that it may be difficult to maintain stock of Wendy's specialty items such as spicy nuggets or specialty dressings or buns, I am frustrated that the things most often sold out are just common things such as lettuce or potatoes.
I have fast food management experience and would never allow my restaurant to be "sold out" of common items I could purchase locally. For example, if I did not order enough lettuce for salad, I would go to the grocery store and purchase a few heads of lettuce and add it to my food cost. Same for potatoes. I know purchases like this are more costly, but they should be rare.
I believe this restaurant may suffer from poor management at some level. I don't know that it's at the store manager level or higher, but to regularly run out of such trivial things as vegetables means that either someone can't project product demand and fails to order enough, or that food cost is being prioritized over customer needs. That can be a result of top-down scrutiny or it can be a failure on local management.
I say all that to say this. Due to how often I'm unable to get the products I want from this restaurant, I've generally stopped going here. They have amazing salads, when you can actually get them. But so far I've only been able to get a salad about 50% of the time. That's a shame.

Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. They’ve left apparently new person to try and figure out how to do things. Looks like one experienced woman just kind of waddled around while the other person tried to handle drive through. Looked like the guy in charge(?) was halfway through completing my order and then just disappeared. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back. Palmer Alaska

I drove up and asked if they were still open, and what time they close. They told me they were closing early because they had stuff to do. I asked them again what time they normally close. I wanted to know so that I don't go there again of its past closing. They still refused to answer me. If I could give this restaurant a lower rating, I would. Terrible customer service.

Worst experience, I have had a Wendy's. It's not worth the money. I waited in line for 30 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. I was not impressed with the way orders were managed.

Hit the drive-thru yesterday, and ordered a jr. cheeseburger with lettuce, mustard and ketchup only. It was right on the screen, and the gal taking the order could not have been nicer. It took a bit before ordering, and she was super apologetic. I get to the window, and I wait … and wait … and wait. I mean I WAITED. I am surprised the folks behind me didn’t revolt. I finally got the order, and of course she apologized. Really, really nice. Anyhoo, I drive down the road and bite into a burger that had tomato and mayo. (Only 2 things I hate more: heat and people.) I had been fasting all day and could not wait to enjoy that beefy treat. Nope. Not today, Satan.
