When I arrived at the drive thru I was told “we are out of literally everything except the chicken wrap” and I almost thought he was messing with me so I said “really?” And he said “yes unfortunately I am being serious” I know it’s not that guys fault but good lord why are you open if you have one item left from your menu?

If you don’t have anywhere to be and want to sit around all day this is the place for you! Waited to take my order for almost 10 minutes and then proceeded to take another 15 to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff is super slow and told me that there were multiple items on the menu that they couldn’t serve. Came in here on a cold day wanting chili and was told it wasn’t available. I will not be coming back here.

3rd time is the charm. After going to Palmer location the last 3 times I have not left with all the food I’ve paid for. Or with cold fries. New workers need to be trained better. If you go to Palmer Wendy’s you’ll wait in line for 20 min and not get what you paid for.

Slowest fast food place I've ever been to. I waited 50 minutes in the drive through with only TWO cars ahead of me! I've been through the drive through and inside. The cooks just stand around not preparing anything.

Absolutely terrible service. Instead of taking orders as people pull up. They take two and wait until those people are completely served then help the next. It leads to long wait times. They ignore the people in line as long as possible. They yell so loud into the speaker it's crazy... just left sands food after such rude service

I've been to this Wendy's two times, once in the drive thru and again when I walked inside to order. The staff all seems new, which is OK you know, everyone has to learn the job before they become proficient, but I had to wait over 20 minutes both times for the food which seemed very excessive even for an undertrained staff. They were, however, extremely polite and professional when dealing with customers.

Extremely slow service most of their food wasn’t prepped and not available and they didn’t say what they where out of when I ordered the food so I ended up paying for stuff that was half assed like a baconator fry’s with a few crumbs of overcooked bacon and no cheese or cheese sauce and they didn’t didn’t tell me they where out of stuff till after I paid for it and wouldn’t refund me

I mean…I just think if it’s going to be a 45 minute wait at a fast food place even though there’s really no one else in the store someone should give you a heads up so you can make a choice that’s best for you and your family…And maybe make your food right after the wait.

They were VERY VERY VERY busy. And they only had 3 workers. The food was cold when we got it. And it took forever to get our food too. And the frosties were out.
