This place is awesome especially in alaska. I'm pretty sure Wendy's is the only one that does not freeze their meat which, sometimes entails waiting upon the meat due to them not having any storage Frozen, but totally worth it. And make sure to use their mobile app. The reward program is so awesome it seems like you get a free meal every time you order a couple. And as always you got to love the frosties

Gross gross gross!! You can tell everything you need to about this establishment by simply looking at the front door that hasn’t seen a rag in months. It’s truly shocking just how filthy this establishment is the registers covered in fingerprints… I turned around and walked out. I would never eat here.

This place used to be great but these days every employee is constantly high and too incompetent to get a single order right. I’m surprised nobody’s reported this place, it seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Avoid drive through if you are expecting fast food. I’ve waited up to 20 minutes without any car movement before leaving. I thought everyone has bad days, a couple months later I tried again, no change.

Went on a trip to Alaska to visit some LDS family, and I’m not LDS anymore, so I thought I need to get away from my family for a minute. It was so refreshing to see shoulders because my family is so modest and they are so judgemental that it was nice to be in reality. I didn’t even care that it took them an hour to make my baconator because aside from that, it felt good to be amongst “regular” people that felt comfortable showing their shoulders. If I could give the atmosphere 10 stars I would. Molly was so polite and friendly that I will always choose the Palmer Wendy’s when in town. I told her she deserves a raise. She politely thanked me and I ate my baconator and went about my evening. Thanks Molly! You left a great impression.

I absolutely love Wendy's especially with their rewards app and awesome food. That being said I live in Palmer where there is very limited fast food options. Yet, I would still rather eat food out of the trash at McDonald's then go back to Wendy's in Palmer. They never have scanners up for people to acquire reward points they never have a stocks kitchen and seem to be missing cheese or hamburger patties all the time. Kind of an oddity for a fast food burger joint. It took me over 20 minutes to get my reward double stack burger at which point they tried to charge me for it and then got my order wrong still. So my free Burger was not made the way I wanted at which point I asked if I could just get a refund for my reward points...... This ended in another charge for another burger that I did not want and it was made wrong again when trying to explain my situation to the attendant she had to get her supervisor at which point her supervisor got upset with me because he could not seem to figure out that I wanted my burger made right and didn't want to pay for a burger that was not made correctly. So now I'm out reward points and money for burgers that were made incorrectly. I could try to call the Wendy's 800 number yet last time I did that I didn't get the refunded reward points in fact my points decreased. I would call back to the 800 number but find myself shy due to not wanting to be reprimanded for trying to fix problems with a Fast food chain.
