Friendly staff and great food!!
The pizza was awesome, one of the best I’ve ever had. It was a cold, sprinkling rain, not nice day and we were allowed to hang out in the dining room and eavesdrop on the local’s conversations.
This was our favorite place in Seldovia. They make you feel like family and have the best food!

Jack and Aiva's Restaurant is a sweet family owned restaurant in Seldovia, Alaska. The atmosphere is inviting and they have friendly staff. The decor and views are great, with a lovely patio. The service is outstanding, quick, and attentive. The food comes out hot and fresh. Menu highlights include the halibut fish and chips, which was the best of the whole trip, fresh Alaska cod fish and chips, and a fantastic elk burger. The clam chowder is homemade and so good. The calamari meal is also an excellent option. Bakery items and hand made donuts from a street cart are available. The service was so kind, even offering a cookie on the house when crows claimed the first one. Jack and Avia’s is always a local favorite and a rare gem while visiting Seldovia.
