“Found this filipino food truck in Seward! Ate there twice in a row, it was that good. Good sized serving, their white rice is hot and so good. We had their specials beef caldereta (beef stew) it was perfect. It’s like a meal made by a mother, homemade meals vibe. The kind Filipino owner even gave us extra lumpia for our group of friends. They beef kalbi is also so tasty and soft with the marinate. Lumpia is to die for especially with the vinegar dip. Definitely recommend and will be back!“
