“Tried getting in at a popular place a few doors down but they were booked with a 2 hour wait.
Stumbled upon this little spot with only 5 seats at the bar and only a few tables.
Zach, the bartender, greeted us with an upbeat vibe and explained the few menu options well.
We had the filet and salmon. The filet was excellent- cooked perfectly with great flavor. The salmon was in a ginger broth- very unique and was delicious. It wasn’t fresh salmon, which seems all but impossible to get anywhere in this town with a few fish processors in town taking in thousands of pounds of fresh salmon on a daily basis.

The price for our meal was not excessive at all and The wine selection, while not large, was well-selected. And we both walked out feeling full and happy.“

“The restaurants in Alaska tend to be pricey, mostly because about 95% of all food is imported from other states or countries, which drives up transportation costs. With the average of many dishes ranging from $25 to $40, you might hesitate to eat out, but hey, you are traveling, so go for it. The good news is that plenty of places truly deliver food that is worth the price, and the satisfaction level was good.

I liked at this place was the seafood Alfredo. The Alaskan halibut was fresh, and the pasta was creamy and delightfully cheesy. It was absolutely delicious.“

“Randall and Nikola made us feel right at home here for our very first meal in Seward! Both my dad and I had the signature fish and chips with delightfully deep fried halibut and salmon pieces and delicious fries. House made tartar and aioli were knock-outs! Only bummer was no dessert but Randall was quick to point us towards some ice cream right down the street!“

“Afyer our 6hr cruise/tour we stopped in here to eat. Had the salmon with Thai sweet chili sauce and it was really good. Others got the same and one got the crab legs but she said she had better. The view was exceptional as we had a seal and sea otter putting a little show on for us. The service was great!“
