We had a charter which used Captain Jack's for processing. The lady that took our information was nice and the whole interaction was seemless and easy. They even processed quickly for the Alaskan residents. The poor stars was due to the shipment. It was supposed to be delivered Thursday, but was delivered a day early. These guys are great! We brought some Salmon that we had caught in Lake Clark, they kept them frozen for us while we spent a few days in Seward and fished. When we finished fishing, they boxed our catch evenly between 4 people and merged the Salmon into the boxes. We each left with a 50 lb box of Salmon, Halibut, Ling Cod and Yelloweye.
We were fishing in Seward last Friday (8/23). Our filleted catch literally came in a plastic bag and we brought it straight to Captain Jack’s for processing. Within 3 hours, they weighed, vacuum sealed, flash frozen, and packed our fish with ice gels in an airline approved insulated box so we could check it in as a luggage on our flight.
