This was an interesting spot for dinner. The decor theme of the 50s was an interesting contrast to modern steakhouses. Food was excellent. They seemed understaffed and the bartender was slow and lacked "hustle". A plus was no fuss when I canceled my undelivered before-dinner drink when my soup beat it to the table. The minus is my soup beat it to the table (20ish minutes).

Slow drink service was a recurring theme and conversation starter with the neighboring tables.
We loved the Flamingo Lounge! We got the small bucket of “butt”, the soup of the day (which was chicken and dumpling, delicious!), and the fried pickles. The halibut chunks were perfectly sized and felt we got a good amount for the price. The tartar sauce that came with it was delightful, very dill forward which we loved.
