First time... So excited to know someplace great to sit down and enjoy very good food in Seward. serving size on “small” salad and chowder was huge
Super cute hotel attached but the restaurant was just wonderful. Great prices for Alaska and amazing food. The halibut picata was Devine. Good selection of wines. Would definitely stay here and eat here again.
Dont know how, but this placed turned a halibut dinner into chewy leather that didn't actually taste like fish. Would avoid for the price.

Slow service and meal delivery. Waiter kept telling us our food was coming but took an hour to receive our meal. Food was good but nothing special. Noise level was very loud and you couldn't converse with table mates.
Wonderful restaurant with some outstanding service. They had a decent non-alcoholic menu, and a truly extensive beer and wine list. The crab cakes were spectacular (and gluten free!), and I don't think I've ever had such fresh, crispy (yet still oh-so-soft) halibut. Truly delightful.

Food was tasty. Service was horrible. We had our order taken and that was the last time we saw our waiter!! We had to go to the front of restaurant to ask the staff if we could please pay for our meal. They finally tracked down our server and we payed for the meal. No apology or anything. Restaurant was convenient and we probably would have returned for breakfast, but after this experience it was a no go. Only time I have ever given no tip for a meal.
Great restaurant. Good selection on menu. Good wine list. Jess was excellent server took great care of us. Salmon was amazing.
My wife and I were guests at Windsong Lodge. Resurrection Roadhouse was recommended for a good meal. We both enjoyed seafood, Halibut Picata and the Salmon chef's special. Both were outstanding; mouthwatering fresh and deliciously prepared.
Fast and fresh. Fish tacos were amazing

Food was not good. Not at all fresh or local. Cafeteria food for cruise ship passengers who have no other option. Service was good, and food came out quickly, but quality was terrible. Far better options out there. And the “remote destination fee” is an insult when the food is mostly frozen / Sysco

Our experience was overall very good. Our waiter was excellent, and our meals were prepared in a reasonable amount of time. For me, my disappoint was how my meal of baked halibut was prepared. The preparation of the halibut itself was excellent. However, the chef added previously frozen tiny scallops that were not fresh and tasted horrible. This ruined what would have been a great dish.
Awesome food and service

Right on the grounds of the Windsong lodge in Seward. A 3 minute walk from anywhere in the grounds. Delicious food, great staff and walkable.
Overall, this is a great restaurant, but it’s a bit pricey. We had to wait 40 min for a table of 6 and then 64 min to get our food. I wasn’t impressed by that but the food was really good.

We ate here 3 times while staying at the Windsong Lodge. Our first two experiences, a very early breakfast and a very late dinner were actually pretty nice, but we figured out that was because we were there on a Monday and during off hours.
We had our final meal during peak breakfast hours on Tuesday. My mother’s order was messed up and my brother was given one Smuckers jam tab for his toast instead of the local rhubarb jam advertised on the menu. At least drop the price if you’re serving Smuckers, my god. If you’re coming during normal meal hours or a weekend this is more likely to be your experience.
