This fish is amazing…there is simply nothing like the Smoked Black Cod. You haven’t truly lived until you’ve tried it.
You have got to visit this place if you like smoked fish. The owner, Jim, is a "mad scientist" making the BEST SMOKED FISH on the planet. Not only do you get to taste test, but he may even give you a tour of his "lab" like he did for me. Right now I'm eating one of his treasures 2 weeks after we retured home to Chicago and I felt the need to give a review about how wonderful my experience was at Saltwood Smokehouse in Seward, AK..
