A coworker recommended we stop in and say Hi to Jim! We sampled his delicious salmon spreads, schemers, smoked salmon, and smoked black cod (Sablefish)! Jim talked about every detail of his smoking process and brines. It was great! Highly recommend stopping in or ordering online!
I do not think I'll ever have better smoked fish than at this spot. The owner gave us a wide array of samples of various dips and smoked fish of all sorts of different kinds, and frankly, everything was outstanding. I am super pleased with it. I think the price was totally reasonable, and I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you again for such a delicious meal!
