“Traveling through Seward today as part of a five week road trip. Decided to stop at Firebrand for a late dinner. What a great decision. Meal was awesome. Chad and Ashlyn took great care of us and our wraps (burritos) were off the chart. Do yourself a favor if'n you're in Seward and stop for some great BBQ at Firebrand!“

“Best halibut tacos I’ve had, mango and halibut is underrated. The Mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever had. The calamari was probably one of the worst sadly, chewy, seemed old or something. Will be back my next time in town to try some other meals out. It’s very clean inside, neat decor, quiet music, super clean/nice bathrooms as well.“

“Randall and Nikola made us feel right at home here for our very first meal in Seward! Both my dad and I had the signature fish and chips with delightfully deep fried halibut and salmon pieces and delicious fries. House made tartar and aioli were knock-outs! Only bummer was no dessert but Randall was quick to point us towards some ice cream right down the street!“

“After eating along the waterfront in Seward, we heard some recommend Salmon Bake. It was just around the corner from the Seward KOA where we had been staying for several days. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing, the best in Seward. Service was extremely fast and the quaint decor of the restaurant was cozy and warm. Definitely recommend 1000% as the best in the area! You won't be disappointed!!“

“The people that work here are really nice and we're working so hard to do a good job. They were very confused and unorganized about the orders and where they are supposed to go. We had a party of 3 and our food all came at different times. The shrimp and pasta wasn't very flavorful, the grilled cheese with buffalo chicken was 2 slices of bread, a couple slices of unmelted cheese and a chicken tender tossed in the middle. It actually tasted good though. This place has a lot of potential and I would go back!!“
“Came here for beer and dinner. I really enjoyed the Milk Stout and my husband was delighted with his White Fang Hefe. We decided to split the Tuscan Raider pizza. He loved it and I enjoyed the pizza, but found it hard to enjoy it with the burnt marks, but not really burnt marks? It was like black smoke dust on it. I would rip off the pieces and give it to my husband because it would just ruin the taste for me. The waitress was awesome, though. Amazing memory, checked on us, and was on top of it!“

“If you’re only there for a night with a family or other group, I’d say this is the way to go on the north end of town. Wait time is basically what you’d wait anywhere else in the country for pizza. And it’s good pizza. Other places in the area are generally lower quality and longer waits. Ate there twice in a 4 night stay and had leftovers for lunch.“

“Our server, Jess, was great! She explained entrees well and was very delightful! We loved the Panko Salmon. Our dessert was fantastic - chocolate flourless cake, homemade whipped cream, and Carmel coated popcorn. It was unique and delicious! Thanks😀“

“Had a lovely dinner here with good service. A bit overpriced for its quality, which is expected. The oysters and spot shrimps were super fresh and delicious. The cream cheese ice cream was good as well. The (free) amuse bouche was very underwhelming. Not a fan of the shrimp n grits—shrimps and sauce were great, but the combination of grits and nuts did not work for me. Also tried the strawberry nojito, which will be a skip for me. If I go again, I’d order exclusively from the appetizers/seafood list and the fresh sheet
Note that this place is extremely popular and does not take reservations. Tried to go right when they open and leave your name on the waitlist“
